Industrial sheds are not always seen as drylining-intensive, but the office pods, ablutions, mezzanine offices and fire compartmentation between zones add up to a meaningful package on most distribution schemes.
We deliver SFS infill to portal-frame structures, internal pod construction inside the warehouse envelope, fire-rated compartment walls between automated and manual zones, and the partitioning and lining works for the office accommodation that sits inside the shed.
SFS to portal frames
Light-gauge steel framing infill between primary frame, sized for wind and dead load using the engineer’s exposure category and verified by our own design calculations. Heights up to 12m in single uninterrupted spans on industrial work.
Pods inside the shed
Two and three-storey office accommodation built inside the warehouse envelope. Independent stud framing, plasterboard linings, fire-rated separation back to the main shed, and acoustic separation where the offices look directly onto the picking floor.
Fire compartmentation
Compartment walls between warehouse zones, full-height to underside of cladding. Penetrations sealed and certified per our standard process. Documentation logged in Dalux, signed off at handover.
