Healthcare drylining is technically the most demanding sector we work in. The systems have to comply with HTM and HBN, the finishes have to be cleanable to clinical standard, the work often happens metres from a live ward, and the documentation trail has to satisfy infection control, fire safety and the trust’s estates team.
We have delivered drylining packages across acute trusts, primary care networks, private hospitals, dental practices, mental health units and care home developments.
What gets installed
HTM-compliant partitions with sealed perimeters and concealed-fixing finishes. Lead-lined walls for radiology and dental imaging. Anti-ligature systems for mental health bedrooms. Hygienic ceiling tiles with high humidity tolerance and cleanable surfaces. Encasements to exposed services where access is required.
Working in live clinical environments
Dust suppression with negative-pressure containment, dedicated waste routes, daily handover of finished areas back to the trust, infection control liaison built into the project plan from kick-off. We do not work around clinical staff, we work to a permit system that the clinical lead controls.
The paperwork that comes with the work
System references logged per element, photographic record of every fire-rated and acoustic build-up, third-party witness inspections where required, all uploaded to Dalux. The handover pack is the same standard whether the project is a 200-bed acute build or a four-room dental practice.
