Hotels & Leisure

Hotels, branded F&B, leisure and hospitality. Operator-driven specifications, inter-bedroom acoustic separation, and finishes that survive the first year of guest use.

Hotel construction is operator-led. The brand standard sets the wall type, the acoustic rating, the corridor finish, the bed-head detail. We work to that standard, not to a generic interpretation of it.

We have delivered drylining and acoustic packages across branded and independent hotel schemes, including bedroom blocks, public realm areas, ballrooms and spa facilities. Our scope adapts depending on whether the construction route is traditional, pod-based, or hybrid.

Bedroom acoustic separation

Hotels live and die on guest reviews, and inter-bedroom noise transfer is one of the top three drivers of poor reviews. We install separating walls to the operator’s acoustic standard, with flanking paths sealed and pre-completion testing where required.

Corridor and public realm finishes

Impact-rated linings on circulation corridors. Decorative ceilings and bulkheads to public-facing areas. Acoustic absorption in bars, restaurants and ballrooms tuned to the room’s reverberation brief, not just the operator’s minimum.

Working with pod construction

Where the bedroom is a factory-finished pod, our scope picks up at the corridor side and the demising walls between pods. The interface detail is critical (it is where most acoustic and fire failures happen on pod schemes) and it gets surveyed and recorded plot by plot.
