Office work is rarely about the boards on the walls. It is about working around the floor that is still occupied, or the lease deadline that does not move, or the cellular partition layout that has changed three times since tender.

We deliver Cat A shells and Cat B fit-outs across the UK, on schemes from boutique floorplate refurbs to full-building new-builds. The drylining package is integrated tightly with the M&E and joinery scopes because that is where most of the programme risk sits.

What we typically deliver

Glazed partition pre-walls, acoustic meeting room walls, full-height stud partitions to perimeter cellular spaces, suspended ceilings to back-of-house and showcase areas, acoustic rafts in the open-plan, encasements to exposed steel where the soffit stays visible.

How we work on occupied refurbishments

Floor-by-floor sequencing with phased handovers. Out-of-hours working where dust, noise or access dictates. Daily reporting to the main contractor’s PM on what is finished, what is next and what is blocked.
