Metal stud partitions are the workhorse of internal construction. Done well, they disappear into the building. Done badly, they are the reason a project finishes late.
We install partition systems across the full performance range, from standard 70mm office partitions through to high-acoustic separating walls and 120-minute fire-rated shaft constructions. Every wall type is built to a manufacturer-tested specification, with the supporting documentation in your handover pack.
What we install
Single-frame and twin-frame partitions, shaftwalls and liner walls, curved partitions, dry partitions to lift shafts and risers. Stud gauges from 0.5mm through to 1.2mm depending on the spans and load case. Plasterboard linings in single, double, or triple layer to hit the right fire and acoustic numbers without overspecifying the rest of the wall.
Where it tends to matter
The detail that catches most jobs out is service penetration sealing. We log every penetration, photograph it sealed, and reference the certified detail used. That documentation goes into the project pack and is the difference between a routine handover and a building control problem six months later.
Why our partitions land on programme
Pre-construction take-offs are returned within five working days of receiving drawings. Materials are scheduled by floor and dropped to plot. Daily on-site progress is reported back to the main contractor’s PM. If we are going to miss a date we say so up front, with the reason and the recovery plan, not in week 16 when it lands on the snagging report.
